Before you send photos

You do not need to tidy. Blurry photos of a full room are far more useful to us than a photo of the one corner that looks presentable. If there is an attic, shed, garage or storage cage, photograph those too, and tell us about stairs, lifts and parking. That is everything we need to give you a fixed price, and the price does not change on the day.

How quickly will I hear back?

Photos on WhatsApp get the quickest reply. Form enquiries and emails are answered when the office is next open, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm. If it is urgent, call.

Do you charge for quotes or visits?

No. Quotes from photos are free and carry no obligation. For very large or unusual jobs we may ask to call out and look, and that is free too.

What should I include in the message?

Photos of each room or the pile of items, the area or Eircode, which floor it is on, whether there is a lift, where a van can park, and anything you want to keep. That is enough for an accurate price.

Can I book a specific day?

Yes. Tell us the date you need it done by and we will confirm what is possible. Crews work Monday to Saturday.

What is the best way to send photos?

WhatsApp to 085 202 1222 is easiest: you can send as many photos as you need straight from your phone, and they get the quickest reply. The quote form takes up to three photos, which suits a small job, and email to info@junkremoval.ie works for anything bigger.

Can I send a video instead of photos?

Yes. A short video walking through each room works well on WhatsApp, as long as you open the wardrobes, presses, attic hatch and shed door as you go. Say out loud what is staying and mention the stairs and parking, and we can quote from that alone.

Can I get in touch in the evening or on a Sunday?

Yes. Send a WhatsApp, an email or the form whenever suits you, and it will be picked up when the office next opens. The office is open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm, so those are the best times to phone.

Can someone come and look at the job instead of me sending photos?

For big or complicated jobs, yes: a large house, a property packed to the ceiling, or somewhere photos cannot show properly. Ask when you get in touch and we will arrange a time to call out, at no charge. For most jobs, photos are quicker for you and give just as firm a price.

What happens after I send my photos?

We look through them, ask about anything we cannot see, such as parking, stairs or what is staying, and then send you a fixed price for the whole job. If you are happy with it, we agree a date and an arrival time; if not, there is nothing to pay and no obligation.

Can I change my booking after it is confirmed?

Yes. Tell us as early as you can, ideally by phone or WhatsApp so it reaches us quickly, and we will move you to another day that suits. If what needs clearing has changed since the quote, send new photos so the price still matches the job.

Can someone else request the quote on my behalf?

Yes. A relative, neighbour, solicitor or letting agent can send the photos and arrange access, and we can copy the quote to you so everyone sees the same price. Just tell us who is making the decisions and who has the keys.
