What we collect
When you request a quote through the form on this site, by WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the details you give us: typically your name, phone number, email address, the property area or Eircode, a description of the job, and any photographs you attach. If we carry out the job, we also hold the property address and the invoice details.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out the clearance, and invoice you. We may contact you about the job you enquired about. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not send newsletters.
Photographs
Photos you send us are used only to price and plan your clearance. Photos we take ourselves on the day (for example of an empty room after a clearance) are shared with you and may be used on this website only if you agree, and never in a way that identifies you or the address.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by the Junk Removal office and crew who handle your job. Quote-form submissions are processed by our website host’s form service and delivered to us by email. We do not pass your details to third parties except where required to perform the job (for example confirming access with a storage facility you have named) or where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted once we no longer need them to answer you. Job records and invoices are kept for as long as Irish tax and company law requires, which is generally six years, and then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. It may use a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not identify individual visitors. Your browser may store preferences the site itself sets; nothing is shared with advertisers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Email info@junkremoval.ie and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
