Fast. Reliable. Responsible. House clearance across Dublin, six days a week.

Areas we cover

We are a Dublin crew and we work right across the city and county every week, into Kildare, Meath and Wicklow, and out to the main towns of Leinster for full-house and larger clearances. Pick your area below for local detail, or just send photos with your Eircode.

How the area pages help

Every part of Dublin clears differently. A Victorian house split into flats in Rathmines means stairs, no lift and permit parking. A 1970s semi in Castleknock means a driveway and a garage. An apartment in Sandyford means a lift booking and a loading bay. Each area page describes the housing you will find there, the access and parking realities, and the services people in that area ask us for most, so you know what to expect before you send photos.

Outside Dublin we cover County Kildare, including Newbridge and Naas, north Wicklow, including Bray, Greystones and Enniskerry, the Meath commuter towns, and the main towns of the rest of Leinster, where we take on full-house and larger clearances with the travel built into the fixed price. Our guide on how far we travel explains how that works.

Frequently asked questions

My area is not listed. Do you still cover it?

Almost certainly, because the area pages are the places we are in most often, not a limit. Dublin city and county, Kildare and north Wicklow are routine for us. Across the rest of Leinster we take on full-house and larger clearances, with the travel built into the quote. Send photos and the Eircode and we will confirm.

Do you charge more for areas further from our Dublin base?

Distance is one factor in the price, along with volume and access, but within Dublin it makes little difference. For jobs elsewhere in Leinster we quote the same way, from photos, with the travel built into the fixed price, and we group jobs by county where we can.

Which page should I read for a Dublin postal district?

The table on this page maps every Dublin postal district to the nearest area page. The area pages are about the kind of housing and access you will find there, which is what affects how we do the job.

How often are your crews in my part of Dublin?

Every week, wherever you are in the county. Crews work Monday to Saturday across the city, Fingal, South Dublin and Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, from Balbriggan and Skerries down to Shankill and out to Lucan, Clondalkin and Tallaght. North or south of the Liffey, inside or outside the M50, it is all routine work for us.

Why should I send my Eircode with the photos?

Because it pins the job to one exact property, and Dublin has plenty of roads that share a name with a road in another suburb. From the Eircode we can see the street, the likely parking and the way in before we quote. It also shows whether a crew is already booked nearby, which can make an earlier date easier to find.

Does an Eircode that does not start with D mean I am outside Dublin?

No. Only the Dublin postal districts use D routing keys, from D01 to D24 plus D6W. Much of county Dublin has its own, such as A94 around Blackrock, A96 around Dún Laoghaire and Dalkey, K67 for Swords, K36 for Malahide and K78 for Lucan, and all of those are routine Dublin work for us.

Is it quicker to get a date in Dublin than further out?

Usually, yes. Crews are in every part of Dublin each week, so a Dublin date is the easiest to find. Further into Leinster, beyond Kildare and north Wicklow, we group jobs by county, so if your date is flexible, say so and we can book you in when a crew is already working nearby.

Is there anywhere in Dublin that is hard for the van to reach?

Nowhere we will not go, but some places take more planning: city-centre streets with clearways and loading restrictions, terraces with residents' permit parking, mews lanes too narrow for the van, and apartment blocks with a lift to book. Tell us about access when you send photos, and any extra carrying is built into the fixed quote.

Can you clear two properties in different parts of Dublin on the same day?

Often, yes, if the combined load fits the day, such as a parent's house and a relative's flat, or a house and a storage unit. Send photos of both with both Eircodes and we will quote them together and tell you honestly whether it is one day or two.

Do you cover rural houses outside the towns?

Yes, on the same terms as the nearest town: a bungalow in the countryside outside Naas is covered the way Naas is, and a farmhouse near Wexford the way Wexford town is. Send the Eircode, since rural addresses can be hard to pin down, and photos of every building, including sheds and outbuildings, so the quote covers the lot.

Not on the list? We probably still cover it.

We travel across Dublin, Kildare and north Wicklow every week. Send the Eircode with your photos and we will confirm.
