Why we write these

Most people only book a house clearance once or twice in their lives, usually at a stressful moment: a parent has died, a tenancy is ending, a house has to be empty by the closing date. The questions are always the same. What will it cost? What can you take? What happens to the things? Do I need to be there? Rather than answer them one phone call at a time, we have written the answers down.

If a guide does not cover your situation, send us photos and ask. We would rather tell you something is not worth paying for than clear it and charge you.
