Not usually, but tell us. Most rooms can be cleared in daylight, while attics, outbuildings and back rooms with small windows are slow and less safe in the dark. If you can have the electricity reconnected before the day, or at least confirm whether it is on, the job runs more smoothly.

Where does the waste from an out-of-county job go?

To a licensed facility, the same as a Dublin job. Depending on the route, it goes to a licensed transfer station near the property or comes back with the van to one nearer Dublin, and every load is recorded against our permit. The sorting for reuse and recycling happens the same way wherever the house is.

What if the house is in poor repair, with rotten floors or fallen ceilings?

What happens to the keys after an out-of-county clearance?
